At Apon Asset, we understand that you may wish to delete your account and associated data. This page outlines the process for requesting account deletion and explains what data will be deleted and what may be retained.
- Send an email to info@aponasset.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'
- Include your registered email address and account username in the email
- Our support team will verify your identity and process your request
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
- Your user profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
- Your account credentials and authentication data
- Your saved searches and preferences
- Your favorites and bookmarked properties
- Your personal messages and communications
Some data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or operational purposes:
- Property listings you have created will remain active until you explicitly delete them or request their removal. This ensures continuity for potential buyers/renters who may have already expressed interest.
- Transaction records and payment history may be retained for accounting, tax compliance, and legal requirements as required by law.
All retained data will be anonymized where possible and will not be used for marketing or service improvement purposes.
Most of your personal data will be deleted immediately upon account deletion. Property listings and transaction records will be retained as described above to ensure proper closure of any ongoing processes and compliance with legal obligations. After the retention period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
